How can payments be made?
We accept various different types of payment methods such as cash, pay-pal, E-transfer, and cheque.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, to ensure that our clients are serious about our business we ask for a 50 percent deposit before every shoot.
What if I am not satisfied with the production?
We take many measures to make sure this does not happen. For one, we offer a complimentary 1 hour consultation so that we can share the same vision before even shooting. Although, if this is still an issue we are very flexible and can sit down and discuss steps to either resolve the issue or provide a re-shoot.
Do you offer all the equipment?
Some companies charge extra for equipment rentals. However, we feel that it is in the benefit for everyone that this is not the case. We wish for you to have the best experience and best shoot as possible. So we offer all of our own personal equipment at no extra cost.

How long will it take before I receive my edited video/photos?
Everything depends on how booked we are within the month however, for photos you can expect your edited photos to be received within the week. Whereas, for video you will receive the rough cut within 2-3 weeks (estimate) and the final draft a week after that. Depending on your deadline we can often make something work if the music video is in need of urgent release.
